DescriptionFire Pump Manager™ is a cloud-based subscription service that enables Active Performance Management™ in Design Envelope Fire pumps. Fire Pump Manager proactively tracks and manages Fire Pump performance and provides early diagnostic warnings, web-accessible trends, and analysis along with automated reports. Fire Pump Manager helps customers make informed decisions and take immediate action to deliver the best possible HVAC performance.
Storage of Fire Pump data (including Monthly and Annual testing) in the Cloud reduces risk to Building Owners and Service Providers in the event of legal action or audits by authorities. The ability to view pump data remotely, using any browser-based device, allows Fire Testing Service providers to reduce monthly and annual costs by sending lower-cost technicians to the site (as mandated by NFPA 25).
The Design Envelope Fire Pump is supplied as a complete, bundled solution that includes a Connectivity Kit, our SMART startup service, and the cloud-based Fire Manager service (first year of subscription).
The SMART startup service ensures that the Design Envelope Fire Pump is properly connected to the Fire Pump Manager Cloud Service, in addition to proper Fire Pump setup and functionality. The SMART Startup and Fire Pump Manager services also provide an extended warranty on the Fire Pump.
